It would seem like an unlikely pairing at first, but when you got right down to it, it was an extraordinary event and a New Year’s Day experience for the memory books. Xi’an was delighted to serve as “chef for the day” for 200 Bouchon Bistro employees who, each year, are treated to a spectacular celebratory meal on New Year’s Day. The dinner is prepared by a favorite peer restaurant and provided as a thank you to staff by management at Bouchon Bistro. This year’s meal was a true feast for the eyes and the stomach with a tantalizing selection of Xi’an specialties on the menu. Cheers to the staff at Bouchon!
